Broadcast controls belong inside creator accounts, not in the public site

Creators go live from their dashboard. Members only join the selected model room after login and room unlock.

Creator-side rule Streaming and chat are tied to the creator workspace

Member side Members browse models, choose one, unlock that room, then join the private stream.

Creator side The creator starts the camera and stream only from the creator dashboard.

Owner side The owner controls moderation, payouts, and which creators stay approved.
